From Analog to a Digital Transformation
Gerardo born in El Salvador, San Salvador he fled war-torn El Salvador to forge a new life for himself as an authorized immigrant who is now a U.S. citizen — and stayed, in Dallas, TX.
He started his career in the U.S as a Design Director for a British international chain of hairdressing salons founded in the UK in 1963 by the Mascolo Brothers, commercially known as Toni&Guy / TIGI.
His transition into high technology began at Verizon FiOS TV. He accelerated his digital creative skills at TM Advertising as User Experience Director (IPG’s McCann network).
With the acceleration of mobile devices worldwide - Gerardo joined Samsung Mobile Advanced Technology and Design Group. The stint accelerated his product design thinking, working with cross-region UXD and technology teams.
His current gig at JPMorgan & Chase. Co Gerardo leads product strategic features delivering digital experiences such as Chase Pay - Samsung Pay - Receipt Capture and more.
